The Garb Closet hopes to bring you a one stop location to indulge our newest obsession, online Dress Diaries and the Costumers that keep them. This site is not only an archive of lists, but also a community, where you the audience can contribute and share with the rest of the Internet.

- Lists of links to Old, Completed, Ongoing, Recently Updated and New Dress Diaries
- Account creation where costumers can enter and manage multiple dress diary entries, as well as showcases for your completed costumes
- Searching Capabilities, so you can locate showcases or diaries which meet certain requirements, i.e. German, 17th Century, Middle Class, Green and Orange
- Upload photos of your diaries or completed costumes
- Keep track of favourite entries from other costumers
- How-to articles for creating your own Dress Diary online, so you can share it with others in the Garb Closet

The one thing this site is not, is a place to create a diary. The Garb Closet is not a blogging site. We simply collect links to existing diaries/costumes, and gather information about the specifics of those entries so that users can search our site to find your costume.
